Wash Prime Mobile LLC provides mobile detailing services for cars, boats, and residential home exteriors in Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas. We arrive fully equipped with our own water and power.
Service bookings are subject to confirmation. After you submit a booking request, our team will contact you within one hour to confirm availability, pricing, and details. A booking is only confirmed once you receive direct confirmation from our team.
Prices displayed on our website are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. The final price is confirmed after physical inspection of the vehicle, boat, or property. Additional charges may apply if:
We will always communicate any additional charges before performing the work.
Pricing for boat detailing and home exterior services requires on-site inspection. We will visit your property to assess scope and provide a transparent quote before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed after receiving the quote.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the service time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. If we need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances, we will contact you at no charge.
Payment is collected after the service is complete and you have approved the work. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle. Invoices for commercial accounts may be arranged separately.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to standard detailing work and excludes pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control.
Wash Prime Mobile LLC is fully licensed and insured in the state of Kentucky. We carry liability insurance for damage that may occur as a direct result of our work. We are not responsible for:
We monitor weather conditions and will reach out to reschedule if heavy rain or severe weather is expected. Interior services may proceed in light rain. You will not be charged for weather-related rescheduling.
By booking, you grant us reasonable access to your property to perform the service. You are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and that any pets or hazards are managed during the service.
We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for quality control and marketing purposes. We will not include identifying information (license plates, addresses) and we will never share photos that include people without explicit consent. If you prefer that we do not photograph your vehicle, let us know when booking.
